Renovation of the Year
Leader Pools "Flinders Way"
A tired 1970s pool was reborn as a formal, architectural feature that now feels purpose‑built for this renovated Canberra heritage home. The entire shell was reshaped, the structure strengthened, and a Paramount in‑floor cleaning system, dual Pentair Mega Skimmers, and a Sunbather inground cover were integrated to deliver effortless, leaf‑smart performance. Clean lines, refined detailing, and seamless coordination with the new landscape elevate the pool into a timeless, modern classic.
The redesigned pool is perfectly fit for purpose and thoughtfully integrated into a fully renovated heritage home and newly completed outdoor landscape. The original 1970s pool shape—irregular, dated, and visually disconnected—was completely reworked into a clean, formal design that now aligns seamlessly with the refined architectural upgrades and the extensive new landscaping.
